人,又少了一个
公司人丁渐渐稀少.
一月来,雷雨徐波唐华文莲罗克相继跑路.
有自己干的,有学家政的,有挑大梁的，有换跑道的,
大家都混得不错.
月亮的周围有无数的星星，
可是光辉太盛，就看不到自己的暗面，
只能看到别人的暗淡。
强人的周围本来集结着一群强人，
大家聚在一起的时候,
都被看成是一无是处有待提高的,
离开后却各自展露自己的长处.
也许可以解释为是公司整体水准太高,
所以看不上的人才能在其他领域出人头地.
可这更体现不知人，不善用。
没有谁是什么都行，也没有谁是什么都不行。
培养人应该选择人的长处，发掘这个方面的能力，
让长处比其他人更长，
好过弥补人的短处，让短处和别人一样长。
也许偏废了点，但无论对于人性还是管理，
都是最佳的解决方案。
《论语·16章》说“不患人之不己知，患不知人也”
无论修身齐家治国平天下，当以林盛为诫。
